Welcoming hosts and delightful breakfasts

Staying here was a true delight! Lin and Tom were incredibly hospitable, sharing great local tips that really enhanced our experience. Our room offered stunning views and was impeccably clean, highlighting the effort they put into maintaining their home. Breakfast was abundant, with an impressive choice of options, including a standout smoked salmon and eggs.

The views from our ground floor room were stunning, but parking was a tight squeeze.

A bit cramped in areas, less space might leave some feeling a touch confined. The utility of the communal breakfast layout may also make personal dining time a rare commodity with a bustling space during peak hours. Parking can be a snug fit, so be prepared for a little tight maneuvering.

The view from our room was breathtaking, and the breakfast was simply delightful. We spent an awesome day at Monster Activities, trying our hand at white water rafting, which the kids loved. Lin's warm hospitality made us feel right at home throughout our stay.

Highly recommend for cozy stays

Tom and Lin’s hospitality was somethin special , they welcomed us like family the moment we arrived. The breakfast spread was delightful , with so many options but the real kicker was bein so close to the loch.

It wasn't exactly cheap but the experience made it worthwhile.

The location is perfect, with easy access to the beautiful Loch Ness and stunning views from my Double Room Mountain View. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, providing great local insights, enhancing my solo experience. The breakfast spread is diverse, offering endless options to start my day positively.

Parking can be a bit tight, requiring some maneuvering, which might be a hassle during busy times.

Wi-Fi was fast, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. Room felt cramped.

stayed at lorien house and it was just awesome! lin and tom are super nice, they made us feel right at home as soon as we got there. our room was so comfy and clean, and breakfast was delish with lots of options. the location is perfect too, right by the canal and close to loch ness, which made it easy to explore! we really enjoyed chilling in the cozy lounge after a day of sightseein.

only thing was the parking could be a bit tight at times. also, some areas in the house felt a lil old-fashioned.
